AI intake module
An Advanced Intake module integrated directly into Dolibarr ERP: photo-based identification, review queue, auto-created product records and purchase orders.
Service · AI & ERP Integration
Built-N-AI connects practical AI and automation to the ERP you already run — adding modules and workflows that write clean data into it, and giving authorized users plain-English answers from it — instead of starting over with a new system.
What we have built
An Advanced Intake module integrated directly into Dolibarr ERP: photo-based identification, review queue, auto-created product records and purchase orders.
An AI-driven Dolibarr tool that researches, validates and scores product attributes, then pushes updates to marketplace listings.
Paperless picking, QC and shipping workflows built on Dolibarr with live status and a full audit trail.
Authorized superusers ask ERP, inventory, sales and operational data questions in plain English; a language model translates them into real database queries.
How we keep it safe
Where to start
The assessment documents your IT systems — what you run, how it connects and where the data actually lives — and ranks integration opportunities by value against effort.
Single-workflow projects are fixed-fee ($7,500–$25,000), priced on integration depth, not hours.
How engagements start
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call. If there is nothing worth your money, we will say so.
The next step is a flat-fee assessment ($1,500–$2,500 based on company size): a written report in one to two weeks that ranks opportunities by value against effort — including the ones where AI is the wrong tool.
Proven workflows can start with a short pilot on your own data before you commit to a full build. Founding-client pilot pricing is listed on each case study.
Questions buyers ask
Yes. Our Dolibarr AI integration work is in production: an AI intake module that identifies product from a photograph and creates the product record and purchase order after human review, an AI research tool that backfilled attributes for 300,000 parts, and Ask Your Business for plain-English questions. Each is its own module, so the ERP core stays upgradeable.
No. Buying AI ERP software, or moving to an AI powered ERP, is one route. The other is ERP AI integration: adding AI modules and workflows to the ERP you already run. Nothing is replaced, so the project is smaller.
ERP automation removes the manual steps around the ERP: receiving, data entry, picking, counting and reporting. From our own work: receiving labor cost fell 81% with AI intake, a 500-line purchase order went from 4 hours to 1, and cancelled orders that shipped anyway went from about 20 a month to zero.
Our ERP integration services are fixed-fee. Single-workflow projects run $7,500 to $25,000, priced on integration depth, not hours. The starting point is a flat-fee assessment, $1,500 to $2,500 based on company size, with a written report in one to two weeks.
It is when controls are part of the design: read-only access where a tool only answers questions, permissions and sensitive-data controls, guardrails that keep each tool inside an approved scope, human review before anything that needs judgment reaches the ERP, and a complete audit trail.
