Where standard ERP stops, we keep building.

Instead of spreadsheets and side systems around the ERP, we extend the ERP itself. These are built, running and yours on day one.

AI Advanced Intake

Photograph a unit once. AI identifies the product, returns part number, specs, marketplace title, UPC and price with a confidence score, then creates the product record and purchase order line. Case study →

Single-Touch Bulk Receiving

Scan the first barcode and auto-sequence the rest of the PO with labels printing as you go, or upload a spreadsheet and receive the whole PO with no scanning. Case study →

Digital Warehouse Execution

Paperless pick tickets, wave picking bin to bin, FIFO picking, tote-based order control and Pass/Fail QC. A missing item moves to a suspense account until found. Every order is visible from picking queue to picked, QC, boxing and shipped. Case study →

Real-Time Inventory Reconciliation

Barcode-driven cycle counting that compares every scan to the ERP and reconciles on the spot, down to the individual bin. Case study →

AI Product Data & Marketplace Sync

The difference is the architecture

Deep customization without an ERP you can never upgrade.

Many ERPs get trapped on an old version because years of changes were made directly to the source code. We designed around that from the start. Every custom capability is its own module. The single core change in our build is a logged fix for a Dolibarr defect, isolated so it can be removed when Dolibarr corrects it.

Customize the business layer. Protect the ERP core. Keep the upgrade path open.

ERP + AI + automation

Traditional ERP records what happened. We use AI to help decide what happens next.

AI is part of the operating process, not a separate chatbot.

AI where it saves labor

Identifying product, enriching data and preparing purchase orders.

Automation where work repeats

Orders, labels, tracking and status moving on their own.

Human approval where judgment matters

Confidence scores and validation before anything posts.

Connected to what you already use

APIs, web services and webhooks. In production today: EasyPost, Rithum, eBay, Amazon and Apache Superset.

DockSnap: AI receiving inside Dolibarr ERP.

Scan a barcode, add 3–4 photos and pick a bin. AI identifies the item and fills in the title, manufacturer, UPC, condition and pricing. One click creates the part number, PO and receipt, and the item is in stock.

Part 1 · Intake and AI identification (1:13)
Part 2 · Create new Part Number, Create new PO#, Receive entire PO (0:40)

Simplified rendering of DockSnap. Screens are restyled for clarity. Product data and results come from a real receiving transaction in our Dolibarr ERP. Identification typically takes 15–30 seconds; part, PO and receipt creation takes about 1 minute for a single line.

Questions buyers ask

Dolibarr ERP, answered plainly.

What is Dolibarr?

Dolibarr ERP CRM is free, open-source enterprise resource planning software, released under the GPL. Dolibarr software runs sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, accounting and HR in one ERP system, with Dolibarr CRM covering prospects, opportunities and proposals, and it is extended with modules instead of changes to the core.

What is ERP software, in plain terms?

ERP stands for enterprise resource planning; that is the ERP meaning behind the acronym. What is an ERP system in practice? One system of record for buying, stocking, selling, shipping and accounting, replacing the separate ERP tools, apps and spreadsheets a growing company ends up re-keying between. Most ERP systems and ERP software solutions are sold per user per month; among ERP solutions, Dolibarr has no license fee.

ERP vs CRM: what is the difference?

A CRM manages customers, prospects and the sales pipeline. An ERP runs the operation behind the sale: purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, invoicing and accounting. Dolibarr includes both in one system, so a quote becomes an order, a shipment and an invoice without re-keying.

Is QuickBooks an ERP system?

QuickBooks is considered a lightweight ERP. It handles accounting well, and many small businesses run on it. It also struggles with transaction volume: in our experience it could not handle 100 purchase orders or sales orders a day. Companies typically move to a full ERP such as Dolibarr when purchasing, warehouse, inventory and fulfillment need to run in the same system as the books.

Is Dolibarr really free ERP software?

Yes. Dolibarr ERP pricing is simple: the license is free at any user count, which makes it a free ERP for small business and midsize companies alike. Dolibarr cost comes from implementation, monthly support and your own hosting, not from the software.

Can Dolibarr handle multiple warehouses and a large catalog?

Yes. Dolibarr inventory management covers multiple warehouses, stock movements, lot, batch and serial tracking and barcode support in the core. We ran it with more than 400,000 SKUs and up to 300 orders a day with no performance issues.

Is Dolibarr suitable for a midsize business?

Yes. We ran a 30-user warehouse and inventory operation on it. Plan for two limits: Dolibarr multicompany is not native and needs an external module, and advanced warehouse execution, AI intake and marketplace integration come from modules, which is what we built.

Does Dolibarr support manufacturing?

Yes. Dolibarr manufacturing covers bills of materials (Dolibarr BOM) and manufacturing orders in the core, and our Quality Control & Tech Lab module adds inspection, testing, technician workflows and advanced work orders.

What Dolibarr custom modules has Built-N-AI built?

Twenty-six, running in production, with 1 core file changed. They include AI Advanced Intake, Single-Touch Bulk Receiving, Digital Warehouse Execution, Real-Time Inventory Reconciliation, AI Product Data & Marketplace Sync, EasyPost One-Touch Shipping, Rithum Marketplace Order Integration, Quality Control & Tech Lab, RMA and Return to Vendor, and Sales Channel Control.

Does Dolibarr integrate with e-commerce and marketplaces?

Yes. Dolibarr e-commerce and marketplace orders run through the ERP in our build. Our Dolibarr ecommerce integration work is in production: Amazon and eBay orders are created in the ERP by API in real time through Rithum, product data is pushed to marketplace listings the same day, and channel activity reconciles back to the ERP.

How long does a Dolibarr implementation take, and what does it cost?

About 1 month to go live given no new customization, access to your subject-matter experts and a clean data migration path. Pricing is confirmed after due diligence on scope and the state of your current system. What it costs →

Do you take on existing Dolibarr installs?

Yes. We work with new implementations and with companies already running Dolibarr: support, fixes, upgrades, custom modules and integrations. Dolibarr implementation and support →
