I am writing to recommend Casey Jackson, who served as Chief Operating Officer and head of Information Technology at TXS Corp from April, 2023 to September, 2026. As President of the company, I worked alongside Casey daily throughout his tenure. He is one of the most capable operational leaders I have had the opportunity to work with, and I recommend him without reservation.
TXS Corp operates in computer hardware, consumer electronics resale, and branded apparel — a business that moves high volumes of serialized inventory through purchasing, refurbishment, grading, listing, and fulfillment across multiple sales channels. When Casey took over operations, much of that work was tracked through disconnected spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and manual handoffs between departments. He rebuilt it. Casey mapped every process end to end, identified where work was being duplicated or where inventory was going dark, and replaced ad hoc practice with documented, repeatable procedure. The result was a materially faster, more accurate operation with far less dependence on any one person knowing where things stood.
The work I consider most valuable, however, was his integration of our ERP system with AI-driven automation. Casey did not treat the ERP as a system of record to be fed by hand; he treated it as the hub of the business and then systematically eliminated the manual work surrounding it. He built automated pipelines that parse inbound vendor documents — invoices, tracking notifications, customer requests — and match them against open purchase orders and inventory records, staging them for human review rather than requiring manual re-entry. He connected the ERP to our analytics layer so that sales, margin, inventory aging, and channel performance are visible in near real time rather than assembled at month end. And he built the guardrails to go with it: exception screens where automation cannot resolve a match, human release points before anything customer-facing goes out, and clean data lineage so the numbers can be trusted. He understood something many technologists miss — that the goal is not to remove people from the process, but to remove the low-value work that keeps them from the decisions that actually matter.
The financial impact was real. The automation Casey implemented absorbed work that would otherwise have required additional headcount as our volume grew, letting us scale transaction throughput without scaling payroll proportionally. Reporting that once consumed days of staff time each month now runs on its own. Order and invoice processing errors — and the credits, reshipments, and customer escalations that follow from them — dropped substantially. Better visibility into inventory aging and sell-through let us price and reorder far more intelligently, which improved both margin and working capital.
As a leader, Casey was steady, direct, and genuinely invested in the people who worked for him. He had a rare ability to walk onto a warehouse floor and explain to a team why a process was changing in terms that made sense to the person doing the work — and then to listen when that person told him the plan would not survive contact with reality. He hired well, held a high standard without being punitive, and developed several staff members into roles with significantly more responsibility than when they started. Cross-departmental friction between purchasing, operations, and IT decreased noticeably under his management, largely because he refused to let those groups operate as separate fiefdoms.
On the technical side, Casey carried the IT function credibly on his own. He managed our systems and infrastructure, handled vendor and platform relationships, oversaw security and access controls, and was hands-on enough to write and debug the integrations himself rather than outsourcing the hard parts and hoping for the best. That combination — an operations executive who can also architect and build the systems the operation runs on — is uncommon, and it is why his changes stuck rather than eroding the moment attention moved elsewhere.
Casey left TXS Corp on excellent terms, and the systems and processes he built continue to run the business today. Any organization looking for an operations or technology leader who can diagnose a broken process, design the system to fix it, and bring a team along with him would be fortunate to have him. I am glad to discuss his work in more detail — please feel free to contact me directly.

Feedback from people who worked alongside Casey Jackson over the years — organized by relationship.
I’ve had a really hard time finding the right words to say this, and honestly, I needed some time to process everything that happened. I also wanted to give you some space and didn’t want to reach out too quickly while everything was still so fresh.
I just want you to know how much I respect and appreciate you, both as a leader and as a person. I’m genuinely going to miss our conversations. Even during the times when I know you were frustrated with me, you always seemed to find the right way to help me understand the situation, see things differently, and ultimately become better because of it. That is something I will always be grateful for.
You invested so much time in me, not only professionally, but personally as well. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the introduction to Rick and, even more so, for the time and effort you personally put into helping me become a better person and a better leader. The leadership training you gave me has stayed with me in ways that go far beyond work. It has genuinely helped me in my personal life too, and I can’t thank you enough for that.
I have so much respect for you and everything you’ve done for me. Things are definitely going to feel a little different without you, and I know I’m going to miss having you around more than I probably realized.
I truly wish you nothing but the very best in whatever comes next. I have no doubt that your experience, character, and ability to impact people will continue to open doors for you. I really hope that, in time, we can all get together again and catch up.
I’m sending this as a text because, honestly, I don’t think I could get through saying all of this over the phone without crying. And once again, I wanted to respect your space and give you the time you needed.
Thank you, sincerely, for everything. I’m incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to work with you, learn from you, and have you as a boss but also as a mentor. I’ll carry a lot of what you taught me forward, and I hope you know just how much of a difference you’ve made in my life.
I am pleased to provide this letter of recommendation for Casey Jackson, with whom I had the privilege of working at Technology Xchange Solutions from 2023 through 2026. During that time, Casey served as Chief Operating Officer, and I reported directly to him. Throughout his tenure, I had the opportunity to work closely with Casey and witness firsthand his leadership, business acumen, operational expertise, and commitment to both the organization and its employees.
When Casey assumed the role of COO, one of his primary objectives was to bring greater organization and visibility to the company’s operations, particularly with regard to inventory management and product flow. At the time, these were areas in which the company faced significant challenges. Casey approached these challenges with a proactive and collaborative mindset, working closely with operations and management to identify opportunities for improvement.
One of his key areas of focus was the physical organization of inventory and the overall flow of products through the facility. Casey worked with the team to brainstorm more efficient ways to lay out inventory, reorganize product placement, and establish a more logical path for products as they moved through receiving, testing, order picking, packing, and shipping. These changes ultimately created a more streamlined and efficient workflow, improving productivity and providing greater visibility throughout the operation.
Casey also recognized that operational improvements needed to extend beyond the physical movement of products. He played an important role in improving the company’s existing ERP system, working directly with programmers to develop system enhancements that increased efficiency, productivity, accountability, and visibility. Given the age and limitations of the existing ERP platform, this required significant effort and creative problem-solving.
Under Casey’s direction and collaboration with the programming team, new reports and tools were developed that became part of regular business practices. These improvements provided management with greater visibility into financial and operational performance and helped identify areas where the company was losing money or operating inefficiently. This included shipping costs, inventory issues, pricing corrections, and business segments that appeared more profitable than they actually were.
For example, Casey helped implement improved shipping processes and negotiate shipping rates, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. He also helped improve the company’s ability to evaluate margins on purchases and product sell-through, providing management with better information to make informed decisions regarding vendors, purchasing opportunities, and overall business strategy. These efforts contributed to greater operational efficiency while supporting revenue growth.
In 2024, Casey played an integral role in preparing for and coordinating the company’s relocation to a new facility. This was a substantial undertaking that involved the consolidation and movement of a large inventory, company equipment, computer systems, workstations, and personnel. Casey was heavily involved in the planning and preparation required to make the transition successful.
The move also allowed the company to reduce its monthly operating costs by moving into a facility with a more appropriate amount of space for its operations. The new location provided an opportunity to create a more efficient operational layout from the ground up. Casey continued to apply the same principles he had emphasized since the beginning of his tenure: creating a more fluid workflow, improving throughput, and establishing more effective product-processing procedures.
During 2025, while continuing to improve operations and the existing ERP system, Casey began working closely with company ownership and programmers on the development and implementation of a new, more robust ERP platform, Dolibarr. The goal was to provide the company with a modern system capable of delivering improved data and visibility related to production, product sell-through, inventory, and financial performance.
The development and customization of this system took more than a year, and Casey was a foundational part of that process. He worked directly with programmers on system design, testing, troubleshooting, and determining how the platform could best be adapted to the company’s operational needs. Prior to the system’s launch, Casey also helped coordinate management training so that employees could become familiar and comfortable with the new platform.
Dolibarr was successfully launched in April 2026. Following the launch, Casey continued to provide hands-on operational and IT support to management and employees, helping them navigate the new system and troubleshoot issues as they arose. He also helped coordinate and manage a ticketing process through which system issues and bugs could be communicated to programmers, allowing the company to continue improving and developing the system.
Implementing a new ERP system is an ongoing process, and continued development and refinement are necessary as a business grows. Casey’s involvement established an important foundation and provided Technology Xchange Solutions with a platform and path for continued systematic and operational improvement. His contributions were instrumental in making that transition possible.
Beyond Casey’s technical and operational contributions, what stands out most to me is his leadership style and the genuine investment he makes in the people around him. Casey brings an energetic, proactive, and positive mindset to his work. He has strong business vision, excellent communication skills, and an approachable personality that makes him easy to work with. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about the success of the business as well as the people who contribute to that success.
On a personal level, Casey was an exceptional mentor to me. He generously shared knowledge gained from his previous experiences and helped me develop my own leadership and management skills. He went beyond the normal responsibilities of a supervisor by taking a personal interest in my professional development.
For example, Casey arranged a series of meetings for me and another member of management with one of his professional associates, focusing on personal and leadership development. He also regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with me to discuss my progress, provide guidance, and help me continue developing as a leader. I am sincerely grateful for the time and effort he invested in my professional growth.
Casey Jackson was an integral part of the development and growth of Technology Xchange Solutions during the three years I had the opportunity to work with him. His combination of operational knowledge, business insight, forward-thinking approach, technical understanding, leadership ability, and commitment to employee development makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
I would be pleased to recommend Casey to any company or client seeking a business-minded, forward-thinking professional who can identify opportunities for improvement, develop practical solutions, and help guide an organization toward greater efficiency and success.
After working with Casey over a decade ago, he was still my first call when I needed insight into a critical technology challenge that threatened a new business opportunity. As always, he was happy to share his thoughts, but he was just as eager to understand the complex minutiae behind the headlines. That is what makes Casey so good: a curious nature and the ability to get directly to the fundamental root cause. More than anyone I have worked with in my career I trust Casey to ask all the right questions and to make unbiased decisions.
Casey brings a unique combination of technical and business acumen, shaped by having been a business owner himself. He has an intuitive sixth sense for new profit opportunities and equally sharp instincts for spotting business, process, and administrative inefficiencies that others have missed. He can take a complex IT problem or opportunity, put it in business context, and turn it into clear, actionable direction. At TXS Corp, as our Chief Operating Officer, that translated into a business that went from losing money to profitable in only two months.
He is a person of genuine integrity and an extraordinary communicator. Any business leader would benefit from his independent perspective on IT, business, or operations questions, and from the wealth of experience behind it.
I recommend Casey Jackson with complete confidence and would be glad to speak further about his work.
Over the course of my seven years with Arke Systems, I had the opportunity to work with many highly intelligent professionals of varying skills and backgrounds. In my opinion, the largest management challenge for a consulting and services firm is to find talented individuals that have the right mix of flexibility, initiative, enthusiasm, intelligence, strategic thinking and leadership skills. After working with Casey Jackson for over 18 months, I am convinced that he possesses the skills mentioned above and I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again. In this letter of recommendation, I will cover the reasons why I believe Casey has the appropriate skills for any service delivery leadership position.
When Casey joined the Arke Client Partner organization, he was immediately placed into several key clients and charged with leading complex programs. Each client had several projects running simultaneously. Several of the programs had both technical and strategic challenges to solve, along with determining how to staff the programs efficiently. Casey did an excellent job aligning the strategic aspects of the programs, onboarding talent and getting the project and client teams aligned to the strategic goals. When we did not have the right mix of talent engaged with a client, in many cases Casey was able to step in and fill the gap. I was impressed with Casey’s initiative and ability to communicate the strategic goals across Arke and client resources. He did a great job leading the team by providing the right level of support and goal-based communication. Casey also did a great job breaking down the risks and decisions so our clients had a clear understanding of what we needed from them to drive results.
Casey’s enthusiasm to learn and take on new challenges is exemplary. He was able to step in and turn around several challenging client relationships through disciplined communication and expectation management. His teammates and the client project participants enjoyed working with him and would routinely provide feedback to me about his proactive communication and supportive approach.
Casey is a quick learner. He has been able to pick up the business models of a few key clients very quickly. He also demonstrated the ability to quickly grasp complex technical needs and he has proven that he can effectively communicate technical needs to a diverse project team.
Casey is a versatile and talented employee. As previously stated, I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
Casey and I worked together on four different clients, me in the role of Program Manager, Casey in the role of Client Partner. Whether a client/project is big or small, this PM-CP team-up is critical to the success of the delivery and the relationship. For me, working with Casey was always easy. I am proud of the work we did together. Casey is skilled at “solution selling,” but skills and knowledge go so far beyond “sales” and “biz dev.” He is a true expert in business, has run businesses himself. He is knowledgeable in digital marketing, enterprise software, and in how to make a services/consulting business work. For the clients we worked with, Casey was as much consultant as he was client partner. Casey gave me room to do my work, but he was plugged in and interested in the details. Casey’s standards are high, but he is flexible and pragmatic. I would definitely work with Casey again.
Casey is the calm voice in the storm. Regardless of the situation Casey excelled at effectively delivering a strategic vision for clients and teams. He worked tirelessly for those around him and supports the outcome at Arke’s clients. It is a pleasure working with Casey and look forward to future engagements.
Casey was the go-to guy for years to bridge the gap between understanding business needs and technology solutions. He expertly filled the role of ebusiness director for four years on my marketing team. It’s rare that you come across someone that works with his level of persistence and resilience. At the time, there were numerous gaps in establishing a digital foundation for our business. He diligently analyzed the needs, developed a roadmap and expertly lead a cross-functional team to execute. It was during this time that he deservedly earned his promotion to vice president. I am confident that Casey will be an asset to any company looking to build their marketing and customer experience technology positions and comes with my highest recommendation.
I had the pleasure of working with Casey for a number of years at Assurant. He’s passionate about designing customer-centric solutions that enable success for complex, strategic sales opportunities. He’s versed in building and leading teams that will identify the proper business requirements and translate them back to technical teams to deploy the solution. He’s always available to serve and support sales-led initiatives, often working directly with customers and clients to ensure the digital solutions he builds are meeting expectations.
Casey became a trusted advisory to me during a large digital transformation project. His is extraordinary at understanding my business from all perspectives which allowed him to go beyond the initial project with creating solutions aligned to our business strategy. His ability to truly be a partner with balancing what could be done verse what needs to be done within my business’s ecosystem was of great value to me. I look forward to working with Casey again soon because he always took the extra steps to identify opportunities and propose solutions with high ROI and incremental revenue.
Casey and I met in early 2014 when he engaged with my company to develop an e-Commerce sales platform, and we worked together for the next two years. I have found Casey to be a driven and dedicated man, tireless worker, strong leader, and terrific communicator. Under his command, the project was completed ahead of schedule and far exceeded expectations. Casey is a firm but fair man of tremendous integrity who is a pleasure to work for and is constantly available via phone, email and text. During the time we worked together we communicated at all hours, exchanging calls, emails, and messages days, nights and weekends. He inspires others to succeed and always credits their accomplishments, while deflecting praise himself. I truly enjoyed learning from and working with Casey and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a consummate professional.
I had the pleasure of working with Casey and thanks to his intelligence and leadership, we were able to focus on solution-delivery supporting our business partnership. Casey has analytical and practical skills that enable him to lead and manage complex issues. He is a knowledgeable executive that understands the business partner and client relationship dynamics.
Casey constantly demonstrates a management style that is effective and the results accomplished confirmed his true proficiency.
