How we work

Find it. Build it. Teach it.

Quick wins, measurable value, and capability that stays inside your company.

01

Find It

Map how work really happens. Find inconsistencies, margin leakage, bottlenecks and unnecessary human touches.

  • Workflow review
  • One source of truth
  • Opportunity scoring
03

Teach It

Train superusers and AI Champions to operate, improve and expand the capability without permanent consultant dependency.

  • Prompt Experts
  • AI Champions
  • Continuous improvement

Build capability inside

Reusable agents. Prompt Experts. Less IT dependency.

Move from one-off AI experiments to repeatable ways of working your team can own.

Agents

Turn proven work into reusable tools.

Each one runs inside an agent harness — the layer that decides what data and actions it’s allowed to touch.

Margin Analyst. Inventory Analyst. Document Review. Purchasing Assistant. Research. Reporting.

Superusers

Give the people closest to the work more power.

Reduce the queue for simple reporting, analysis and workflow changes while keeping appropriate controls in place — guardrails that widen what people can do without widening what can go wrong.

Prompt Experts

Teach your team how to work with AI well.

That’s prompt engineering, taught as a repeatable skill, not a one-off trick.

Context, structured prompts, reusable instructions, validation, safety and when to escalate to technical help.

Engagement options

Start small. Pay for the next step only if the first one earns it.

No long discovery phase, no six-figure transformation programme. You buy one step at a time, and every step ends with something you can act on whether or not you continue.

Free First 30-minute call No deck, no prep on your side
$1.5K–$2.5K Assessment · flat fee $1,500–$2,500 on company size, agreed up front
$2,500/mo Ongoing, if you want it Starting rate, or scoped per project instead
30% off Case study rate In exchange for case study rights
Case study rate — 30% off any ongoing model for six months. The trade is simple: you grant us the right to publish the engagement as a case study, using your name and logo, and to give a reference call. Whether we publish is our call — not every project is one worth showcasing, and the discount holds either way. You see anything we write before it goes live, and nothing about your financials or systems is published without your sign-off.

The assessment

A written report you own, in one to two weeks.

We walk the work with the people who do it, look at the systems behind it, and hand you a document. It stands on its own — you can act on it yourself, take it to your own IT team, or take it to someone else.

  • Areas assessed — what we looked at and how
  • Findings and opportunities — the friction we found, with a rough cost on each
  • IT systems — what you run, how it connects, where the data actually lives
  • AI in use today — what your team has already tried, sanctioned or not
  • Key areas to address with AI — and, honestly, which ones AI is the wrong tool for
  • Prioritization list — ranked by value against effort, so you know what to do first
  • The outcome each one moves — every opportunity is tagged with which of the six outcomes it improves, and roughly by how much

If you want help executing

Ongoing engagement models.

Pick the one that matches how much you want to lean on us. Every model is built to make your team less dependent on us over time, not more.

  • Advisory — $2,500/mo. Roughly a day a month. A standing call, help prioritizing, a second opinion before you commit. Your team does the building.
  • Build & teach — $6,500/mo. Four full days a month. We build alongside your people and train them as we go. Most engagements sit here.
  • Embedded — $12,000/mo. Multiple days each week, across multiple workstreams. For a real backlog or a deadline that matters.
  • Project-specific — $7,500–$25,000. One defined workflow, fixed fee, agreed before we start. Priced on integration depth, not hours.

Month to month. Thirty days’ notice. No annual lock-in.

How it typically goes

Call, assess, decide.

The call tells us whether there is anything here worth your money — if there is not, we will say so. The assessment gives you a ranked list of what to fix. Then you decide: run it yourself, bring us in to build and teach, or scope a single project. Nothing about the assessment obligates you to the next step.

Every assessment includes a 90-minute readout with you and your leadership team — we walk the findings, answer questions, and agree what matters most. Assessment clients also get first call on the next open start date and the current rate held for twelve months, whenever you choose to move.
