Multiple touches per unit
Reading packaging, cross-referencing part numbers, researching manufacturer data and hand-keying the record — each step a chance for error.
Service · Receiving & Intake Automation
Built-N-AI builds receiving and intake workflows where a unit is handled once: photographed, identified by AI, reviewed on a screen and received into your ERP — replacing manual research, hand-keyed product records and one-by-one barcode entry.
The problem
Reading packaging, cross-referencing part numbers, researching manufacturer data and hand-keying the record — each step a chance for error.
In the AI Intake case study, a 2,000-unit truckload took 3–4 weeks from receipt to sale-ready.
In the bulk receiving case study, a 500-line PO took one person about 4 hours of scan-and-apply, even with a known manifest.
What we build
Photos of the box and unit go to a multimodal AI step that returns manufacturer part number, manufacturer, specifications, a marketplace-ready title, UPC, MSRP, used market price and a confidence rate in 15–30 seconds. A person reviews on screen; one click creates missing product records and the purchase order.
Enter the first barcode and the rest of the PO auto-sequences with labels auto-printing, or upload a spreadsheet to auto-receive the full PO. Not every fix needs AI — this one removes a repeated motion.

How engagements start
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call. If there is nothing worth your money, we will say so.
The next step is a flat-fee assessment ($1,500–$2,500 based on company size): a written report in one to two weeks that ranks opportunities by value against effort — including the ones where AI is the wrong tool.
Proven workflows can start with a short pilot on your own data before you commit to a full build. Founding-client pilot pricing is listed on each case study.
