Service · Digital Warehouse Execution

Digital warehouse execution.

Built-N-AI builds paperless warehouse execution workflows integrated with your ERP — digital pick tickets, wave picking, tote-based order control and live status from order to shipment, with cancellations that stop the order automatically.

The problem

Paper pick tickets lose control once they hit the floor.

Printed tickets get misplaced, changes after printing are invisible to the floor, and management cannot easily see where an order stands.

The most expensive gap in the case study: orders cancelled after the ticket printed kept shipping — about 20 a month, costing nearly $2,000 in lost product.

What we build

Fulfillment redesigned around a connected ERP.

Automatic pick tickets and waves

Orders are evaluated against inventory and fulfillment rules, then grouped into waves sequenced bin-to-bin.

Tote-based order control

Each tote is one order. Scan it at QC or shipping and the whole order appears for a Pass/Fail decision.

Cancellation cascade

A cancelled order cancels its pick ticket, returns product to Finished Goods and blocks the tote from shipping.

FIFO with guardrails

The system recommends the unit; only an authorized override can deviate, and every action is logged.

How engagements start

Call, assess, then prove it on your data.

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call. If there is nothing worth your money, we will say so.

The next step is a flat-fee assessment ($1,500–$2,500 based on company size): a written report in one to two weeks that ranks opportunities by value against effort — including the ones where AI is the wrong tool.

Proven workflows can start with a short pilot on your own data before you commit to a full build. Founding-client pilot pricing is listed on each case study.
