ERP implementation services from an operator, not a reseller.
An ERP implementation succeeds or fails on the floor, not in the demo. Built-N-AI is led by an ERP consultant who has implemented full operations on both SAP and Dolibarr, and who ran the business afterwards. Fixed price, about 1 month to go-live, no per-user license fees.
Why an operator
We ran the business on what we implemented.
For an ERP implementation company, the job often ends at handover. Ours did not. Built-N-AI implemented Dolibarr as the operating system of TXS Corp, a hardware distribution and consumer-electronics resale business, and then ran purchasing, receiving, warehouse, sales and shipping on it every day (reference from the President of TXS Corp →). Before that, its founder co-founded Computer Parts Unlimited and ran it on SAP ERP (case study →).
How an ERP implementation runs
Assess, configure, migrate, go live, then automate.
Step 1
Assess
Map receiving, inventory, sales and accounting flow and rank what the ERP fixes out of the box versus what needs a module.
Step 2
Configure and migrate
Stand up the system, configure modules and permissions, migrate products, stock, customers, suppliers and open orders.
Step 3
Go live
Train the floor and the office, run parallel for a short window, cut over. About 1 month for the standard package.
Step 4
Automate
Add modules where the numbers justify them, starting with a pilot on your own data.

Questions buyers ask
ERP implementation, answered plainly.
What does ERP implementation mean?
ERP implementation meaning, in plain words: everything between choosing the software and running the business on it. That is process discovery, installation and hosting, configuration, users and security, data migration, testing, training and go-live.
How does Built-N-AI run an ERP implementation?
In four steps. Assess: map receiving, inventory, sales and accounting and decide what the ERP does out of the box and what needs a module. Configure and migrate: stand up the system, set permissions, move products, stock, customers, suppliers and open orders. Go live: train the floor and the office, run parallel for a short window and cut over. Automate: add modules where the numbers justify them, starting with a pilot on your own data.
What do ERP implementation services cost?
Built-N-AI’s ERP implementation services are a fixed $29,500 for up to 25 users, one entity and one warehouse on native functionality, with training, 30 days of post-go-live support and 40 hours of data migration work. Migration beyond 40 hours is charged extra and identified before we start. A formal price and schedule follow due diligence on scope and the state of your current system. There are no per-user license fees.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
About 1 month for the standard package, given no customizations, access to your subject-matter experts and a clean data migration path. The complexity and condition of source-system data can affect both timeline and cost.
What should I look for in an ERP implementation consultant?
Someone who has run an operation on the system, not only installed it. Ask for a reference from a business that still runs on the consultant’s work, ask how customizations survive upgrades, and ask for a fixed price in writing.
Is Built-N-AI an ERP implementation company or an independent ERP consultant?
Built-N-AI is an independent implementer led by an operator. It implements, customizes and supports Dolibarr for new and existing installs, and it adds AI and automation to the ERP a company already runs. Dolibarr is free, so there are no software licenses to buy from us or from anyone else.
Do I have to replace my current ERP?
No. If the ERP you have is sound, Built-N-AI adds AI and automation around it instead of replacing it.
