Dolibarr consultant USA · Implementation, customization and support
Dolibarr implemented, customized and supported by an operator who runs it.
Installing Dolibarr is commodity work. Making it run a real business is not. Built-N-AI configures Dolibarr ERP & CRM around how your company operates, builds the modules the core does not have, connects it to the tools you already use, and keeps the upgrade path open. Based in Georgia, we provide Dolibarr consulting services, Dolibarr developer work and Dolibarr implementation USA-wide.
Why us
We did not learn Dolibarr on a client. We ran a business on it.
Built-N-AI implemented Dolibarr as the operating system of TXS Corp, a hardware distribution and consumer-electronics resale business, and extended it with modules for AI receiving intake, bulk receiving, paperless warehouse execution, cycle counting, marketplace product data, one-touch shipping and marketplace order integration. Those systems continue to run the business today (reference from the President of TXS Corp →).
Services
What we do with Dolibarr.
If you are looking for an open-source ERP expert or open-source ERP consultant, open-source ERP implementation, ERP customization services or custom ERP development, this is the work: custom ERP software on a platform you own.
Implement
Dolibarr implementation services
Process discovery, installation and Dolibarr hosting setup, company configuration, users, roles and security, purchasing through shipping, basic financial configuration, reports, testing, training, go-live and 30 days of support. Fixed $29,500.
Existing installs
Already running Dolibarr?
We take on existing Dolibarr installs as well as new ones: support, fixes, upgrades, custom modules and integrations. Pricing is confirmed after due diligence on scope and the state of your current system.
Customize
Dolibarr customization services
Anything the native system does not do, built as its own module so the core stays clean: receiving, warehouse execution, QC, returns, labels, alerts, channel reconciliation.
Integrate
Dolibarr integration
Dolibarr API integration through APIs, web services and webhooks. In production today: Rithum (Amazon and eBay orders in real time), EasyPost (labels and tracking) and Apache Superset (dashboards).
Migrate
Data migration
Customers, vendors, products, parts, stock and open orders moved from spreadsheets or your current system. Data condition is the biggest driver of timeline, so we look at it first. 40 hours of data migration work are included in the fixed price; anything beyond that is charged extra and identified before we start.
Automate
AI inside the ERP
AI that identifies product from a photograph, enriches product data with confidence scores and prepares purchase orders, with human approval where judgment matters.
Support
Managed ERP support
For new and existing installs: upgrades, backups, user administration, minor configuration changes, reporting assistance, troubleshooting and a set number of support and development hours. $1,500 to $3,500 a month by company size.
How we customize
Customize the business layer. Protect the ERP core.
Many ERPs get trapped on an old version because years of changes were made directly to the source code. We designed around that from the start. Every custom capability is its own Dolibarr module, using the module framework and the REST API.
In our production build that is 26 custom modules and 1 core file changed. The single core change is a logged fix for a Dolibarr defect, isolated so it can be removed when Dolibarr corrects it. The ERP can be upgraded; the modules come along.
Fixed-price deliverables
Modules and integrations are scoped and priced in writing before work starts, not billed as open-ended hours.
Pilot on your data
New automation starts with a pilot on your own orders and inventory, so the numbers justify the build.
Audit trail by default
Who, what and when on every transaction a module touches.
Capability stays with you
You own the software, the data and the modules. No per-user fees, no lock-in.
